What you can do
- Keep Judge.me as your review platform and use WhatsApp as the request channel.
- Trigger review requests from WaSend flows instead of relying on email alone.
- No migration needed — your existing Judge.me reviews stay exactly where they are.
How to set it up
- Open WaSend in your Shopify admin and go to Integrations.
- Find Judge.me Product Reviews in the list and click Connect.
- Authorise the connection, then choose which events should sync.
Setup takes a few minutes and needs no theme code. If anything looks different in your admin, reach out and we will walk you through it.
