What you can do
- Collect the photo reviews Loox is built around through a WhatsApp conversation.
- Customers reply with a photo straight from their phone, no form to fill in.
- Higher photo-review rates than an email request, because the camera is already open.
How to set it up
- Open WaSend in your Shopify admin and go to Integrations.
- Find Loox – Product Reviews in the list and click Connect.
- Authorise the connection, then choose which events should sync.
