New Feature: Reply with AI
Replying to customer reviews builds trust and loyalty but takes valuable time. With Reply with AI, you can generate thoughtful, on-brand responses in just one click.
- Reply with AI: Generate responses instantly for any review.
- Tone options: Choose from Simple, Friendly, Elegant, Supportive, or Professional to match your brand voice.
- Custom guidance: Add instructions (e.g., reference return or refund policy) for tailored replies.
- Context-aware: AI analyzes review content, product details, and review media to create the most relevant response.
Go to Manage Reviews, select the review you want to reply to, click Reply, then choose “Let AI write it.”
This feature is available in the Unlimited Plan ($9.90/month) and AI-Powered Plan ($29.90/month).
